Our cleaning prices depend on home size and the soil level package applicable to your home. The packages are offered as; Basic, Moderate & Badger Shine Deep Cleaning. After the soil level is determined by a cleaning specialist you may opt for Economy, Hypoallergenic or a mix of products of your choice to be used for your cleaning.

Please schedule a virtual or in-person estimate to provide the sq. ft. of the areas you wish to have cleaned, the number of people and cats/dogs that reside within the home.

Deposit Required

Cleaning package offering sanitization and disinfection practices. Includes dusting light fixtures, vents, trim, all woodwork, sanitizing or disinfecting commonly used surfaces such as light switches, handless, tables, countertops, vanities/dressers, televisions, and pictures. Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of all designated floors (walkthrough, virtual, or in-person required). Spot cleaning includes reachable windows, mirrors, and other reflective surfaces. Products commonly used in this package include Windex, Bleach & Lysol among other market-standard cleansers/disinfectants. Variations of these product brands i.e. scent are subject to change periodically.

Cleaning from top to bottom, broom large debris and shop vac small debris inside and in garage (if needed). Clean windows and sill/track (Inside Only) by removing window stickers, paint drips, and wiping handles. Dust and wipe ceiling fans, light fixtures, and all countertops/surfaces. Dust baseboards, and vacuum air vents. Vacuum out drawers and wipe shelves in all cabinetry of all rooms. Dust and disinfect all surfaces, backsplash, sink etc. Remove any paint from floors. Bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures, doors etc. A complete clean removing all small construction debris & dust/dirt & Microbes.

Most tools and equipment should be removed by contractor from property, or a small manageable pile that is easy to move for easy access to floors. There should not be any large pieces of drywall, scrap materials left in general but it is sometimes unavoidable. Please be sure leftover materials are as out of the way as possible or you are paying to have these items moved around to complete your clean. Items over 50lbs. will not be moved by cleaning specialist.

Hypoallergenic Shine

Our hypoallergenic cleaning package offers disinfection cleaners that are ammonia-free and allergen friendly, while offering the same services as Economy Shine. Brands we may use are Seventh Generation, Palm Olive Pure, baking soda & vinegar etc. Other products may include: essential oils, vinegar, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide etc.

We utilize microfiber cloths are used to remove as many allergens as possible. Our Hepa-filtered Vacuum is cleaned and serviced between each clean, and is not used for commercial or pet-friendly residences, it is solely dedicated to our hypo customers only.

Badger Shine

Deep Cleaning & Disinfecting With Cleansers of Your Choice.

Deposit Required

One-time & introductory cleaning; dusting of all woodwork including baseboards, doors, door frames, dusting fronts of cabinet doors, wiping outside of appliances, everything AND the kitchen sink! This package also includes general dusting including; light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, baseboards, trim, moulding, doors and more. Cleaning of all floors, carpet, hardwood, vinyl, linoleum. For the best results possible, we generally would like to make your first clean a deep clean, then implement rotational cleaning.
