1.) All packages require a 50% deposit placed within 24 hours of an estimate to secure your booking. Payment exceptions or modifications will be arranged with customer and finalized with Sara Castellucci. We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, and Cash app.

2.) Full payment is due within 24 hours for completion of cleaning services.

3.) If time goes over for your clean please be aware that this will incur additional charges to pay for the time received at the agreed rate of pay.

4.) Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original deposit to receive a refund.

5.) Recurring Services: If rebooking clients repeatedly cancel services without adequate notice, scheduling preference will be unavailable and a full payment of regular services will be required to continue booking.

If you are not completely satisfied with your clean (reported within a 24 hr. period) we will reclean the area for free plus a bonus appliance of your choice.
